Love BBQs but not all the meat? Check out these veggie-friendly grillables for when you’re the only vegetarian at the party.

The sun is beating down like whoa, the humidity is thick as all get-out and it’s doing unorthodox things to your hair. It is summer for real.

This is great for a number of reasons, one of the foremost being barbeques! Nothing can quite compare to cooking outside, enjoying beautiful weather and soaking up vitamin D.

As we all know, BBQs can be a little heavy on the meats. What do you do when you’re not down with that action? Being the only veggie-phile at the party doesn’t mean you have to sit in the corner chewing on carrot sticks. Grill something tasty and great using one of these fantastic recipes. You might even convince a carnivore to dabble on the veggie side.

1. Tex Mex Foil Pack

This is a legit winner and I am going to tell you why. It’s got hearty black beans, sweet corn kernels, spicy jalapenos and it’s topped off with creamy queso fresco. Better still, foil packs mean super easy clean up.

2. Spicy Sriracha Grilled Tofu

This is one of my favorite soybean formations: mighty tofu! So good, so tasty, so versatile! Use this recipe to enjoy your tofu at peak spicy and fresh gingery levels!

3. Portabella Mushroom Burgers

Just because you’re not down with the meat patty doesn’t mean you can’t have something equally juicy and delicious. Try this recipe on for size and make great use of a gorgeous mushroom cap.

4. Teriyaki Tofu Kabobs

Firm tofu, whole mushrooms, bright red peppers and perfectly cut zucchini or summer squash cavort in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, just waiting to please your palate.

5. Grilled Veggie Ten Minute Tacos

Oh man! Look at those bright, delicious colors! You know it’s going to taste great the minute you get it near your face hole. Creamy fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro and lime, coupled with veggies that have absorbed the flavor and power of Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix. What’s not to love?

6. Grilled Veggie Pizza

I know this looks delicious and complicated but believe, me it’s not—complicated, that is. Just use Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust and whoa-oh! You’re halfway there! (To eating amazing grilled pizza for dinner, not Bon Jovi.)

7. Open Face Portabella Sandwiches

Thick chunks of savory seasoned veggies piled high atop ciabatta bread, accented with fresh basil and chevre cheese. This sandwich is so delish, you don’t even really need bread.

8. Grilled Veggie Burger Foil Packs

Looking for a way to spice up plain old frozen veggie burgers? Try wrapping them in a foil pack with bright, fresh veggies and tasty honey-mustard barbecue sauce!

9. Grilled Caprese sandwiches

They’re little, they’re tasty—you need to eat at least 5 of them. Pop those Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle biscuits on the grill and obtain a splendid and tasty outcome.

10. Grilled Veggies Tostadas

Super simple and wonderfully satisfying. Make the most of your eggplant with this easy recipe.

11. Veggie Burgers That Don’t Suck

Okay, so it’s true that sometimes a veggie burger can leave a little to be desired. With that in mind, I present for your consideration a recipe for a spicy veggie burger that wants to rock your socks off and please your taste buds. ALL OF THEM!

12. Grilled Eggplant Pizza Sandwiches

Get ready to be super satisfied! Grilled eggplant, sweet onion and zucchini bask in savory pizza sauce, piled high on toasted Italian or sourdough bread and nestled under a gooey blanket of melted mozzarella cheese. This sandwich only wants you to be full and happy.
