Some desserts you guiltily sneak into your day. Then there are the desserts you deserve.

No One Has to Know How Crazy-Easy These Are to Make!

Can’t make it? Hack it! We’ve found that with a small number of ingredients and a clever shortcut, turning out bakery-quality desserts is easier (and way faster!) than you’d think.

Salted caramel cheesecake, raspberry cheesecake or chocolate peanut butter brownie—all are piled high with extra deliciousness and know how to impress. Brace yourself for oohs and ahhs when you bring these to the table.

Ready to guess the secret ingredient behind all three desserts? FiberOne bars! How easy is that?! We guarantee you’ll never look at them the same way again!

Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert Hack

A fluffy layer of cream cheese frosting is piped atop Fiber One® Strawberry Cheesecake bars. Topped with raspberry sauce, fresh raspberries and a mint sprig, this delicious dessert hack is an easy swap for Strawberry Shortcake.

To make: Pipe a few florets of cream (recipe below) on top of a Strawberry Cheesecake bar. Drizzle with raspberry sauce, top with fresh raspberries. Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!

For the cream: 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese + 2 cups whipped topping + 3 tablespoons honey or sugar (whip together until fluffy)

Salted Caramel Cheesecake Dessert Hack

Fiber One® Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars are topped with caramel sauce, cream cheese frosting (recipe above), a layer of ganache, another drizzle of caramel and a sprinkling of salt flakes. Absolutely incredible!

To make: Drizzle a little caramel sauce on top of a Salted Caramel Cheesecake bar. Pipe a few florets of cream (recipe above) on. Gently spread a thin layer of chocolate ganache (recipe above) on top. Add a little more caramel sauce before sprinkling with salt flakes. Enjoy!

For the ganache: 1/4 cup chocolate chips + 2 tablespoons butter (microwave together until melted, stir until smooth)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Hack

Like a chocolate peanut butter cup in bar form, these incredible cream cheese-stuffed Fiber One® Chocolate Fudge Brownies are the ultimate dessert hack. Quick, simple, and scrumptious!

To make: Place a Chocolate Fudge Brownie on a small plate. Top with a schmear of chunky peanut butter, pipe a small amount of cream on top. Gently spread a thin layer of chocolate ganache on top. Sprinkle with crushed honey-roasted peanuts. Grab a fork and enjoy!
