Lärabar™ Fruit Skewers

This one’s easy. Grab a Cashew Cookie Lärabar and cut it into cubes. Then stick them on some toothpicks – or skewers, if you’re feeling fancy – with strawberries and blackberries. It’s like PBJ on a stick. SO. GOOD.

  

Sriracha Lime Roasted Edamame

Preheat your oven to 400 F. While it’s heating up, mix together a bag of Cascadian Farm™ frozen edamame with lime juice and sriracha. Sprinkle with salt to taste and roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. This crispy, spicy, tangy snack can’t be beat!

 

Chocolate Coconut Bark with Pistachios

3 easy snacks - bark

This stuff is addictive. Start by preheating your oven to 300 degrees F and roast your pistachios for about 10 minutes. Add some unsweetened flaked coconut and roast for another 3.

Meanwhile, chop up 8 oz of semisweet chocolate and melt it in a double boiler (or in the microwave, if you’re in a pinch).

Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper. Sprinkle with the roasted nuts and some sea salt. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, then break into pieces and devour.
