We are heart-eyed over no-bake pies and here’s why!


We’ve cracked the code on making no-bake pies that are crazy-delicious, super easy and real crowd pleasers—all thanks to Cheerios.  

It starts with a 3-ingredient crumb crust made with items you probably have in your cupboard right now: Gluten Free Honey Nut Cheerios, butter and brown sugar.

After that comes your choice of three killer filling flavors: boozy birthday cake (yes, really!), key lime and campfire classic s’mores.

To make, you’ll need a fully cooled crumb crust made from the recipe line above. Once that’s done, you’re ready to get your no-bake party started with a flavor below. If it sounds simple and amazing, that’s because it is.

BOOZY BIRTHDAY CAKE NO-BAKE PIE

piePie Filling

  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 ounce) whipped topping, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons cake-flavored vodka
  • Rainbow sprinkles, if desired

In a large mixing bowl, beat first three ingredients until completely combined. Next, stir vodka and vanilla extract into filling. Lastly, spread into pie crust and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

NO-BAKE KEY LIME PIE

piePie Filling

  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 ounce) whipped topping, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 container (6 ounce) Yoplait® Original yogurt Key lime pie
  • Lime zest, if desired

In a large mixing bowl, beat first three ingredients until completely combined. Next, stir lime juice and yogurt into filling. Lastly, spread into pie crust and top with lime zest. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

NO-BAKE S’MORES PIE

piePie Filling

  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 ounce) whipped topping, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Topping

  • 1 cup whipped topping, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow topping
  • Chocolate Shavings

In a large mixing bowl, beat the pie filling ingredients until completely combined and spread into pie crust. In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping with marshmallow topping and spread over the filling. Finally, garnish with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
