What's for dinner tonight? Here are 5 fab options -- all ready in 30 minutes or less.

It's 6 p.m. and those darn kids want dinner again. What? I just fed them last night!

Because I'm a computer nerd, I get kicks out of statistics and fun facts about my blog. For instance, the most searched term on my blog is "casseroles" which tells me several things.

It tells me that we all want a no-fuss, quick and easy meal that pleases everyone. It means that although cookies and cakes are fun, what we really want to know is what we can make for dinner tonight.

Here are 5 casseroles to get dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less:

1) Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Bake New recipe -- photo above!

It has a long name but it doesn't take a long time to bake. Start off with Green Giant Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Steamers, mixed with some cream cheese.

Then top it with crescent rolls and bake away (see finished photo at top!). My kids approved!

2) Speedy Ravioli Bake

3) Cheesy Topped Mashed Potato Casserole

Is it Meatless Monday? No one will miss their meat with these cheesy potatoes topped with buttery crushed crackers.

4) Bisquick Cheeseburger Casserole

Cheeseburgers in casserole form...awesome. Cheesy beef is topped with buttery rolls for a quick and easy dinner.

5) Broccoli and Tortellini Alfredo

Four ingredients is all you need for this casserole. Everything in this casserole can be stored in the pantry and freezer so if you need to pull a dinner out of mid-air, this is the one for you.
