There's something about miniature versions of foods that super sizes their appeal. Skeptical about fish waffles? Take one look at the photo of a stack of 'lil waffles, topped with creme fraiche, smoked salmon, and chopped chives, and tell me you wouldn't eat one. Or four. They are mini, after all!
This recipe started off pretty simple in Drew's college days: salmon + soy sauce + brown sugar. Since then, it has been refined with about 8 other ingredients.
