So, what's a broke, hungry foodie like yourself gonna do? Make your own cheap and easy Chinese food, that’s what!

Cheap & Easy Egg Rolls


So, to make this whole mean, Egg Rolls and Fried Rice, you're going to get started with the egg rolls first.

Just grab a package of cole slaw mix and toss it into your wok with some sesame oil, green onions, and a little bit of love.

Then, spoon about two or three tablespoons of your cabbage mixture into the center of egg roll wrappers. Pull the edges in, roll, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spray generously with nonstick olive oil spray, then toss them into a hot oven. Easy!

This one's REALLY easy to make! There's like, exactly 1.2 steps, and then you're done. Just as you're putting the rice on your plates, you'll pull out the Egg Rolls and serve yourself silly.
