We’re not even a little bit sorry about our latest snack obsession, and you won’t be either.
Summer means sunny days, time spent outside and snacks (always with the snacks!). And given the time spent outside + sunny quotients, the easier and colder those snacks are, the better. Which is why we’re on our tenth batch of these three-ingredient frozen yogurt bites with zero regret.
Ready to make your own? All you need are your favorite flavors of Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt
, pretzel squares and toppers (fresh fruit and chocolate are solid choices). Then you just assemble on a baking sheet and pop in the freezer for about an hour (check in at the 45-minute mark; freezers vary). That’s all there is to it; we told you it was easy!
We’re calling these blueberry-berry bites (for obvious reasons). A dollop of mixed berry yogurt topped with a blueberry and you’re good to go.
Is there a more classic summer drink than raspberry lemonade? We didn’t think so either. Using that as our inspiration we paired lemon yogurt with fresh raspberries. Every bit as refreshing with a fraction of the effort—win!
Frozen blackberries are where it’s at. For this combo we opted to add even more berry to the equation with mixed berry yogurt, but we’re also fans of strawberry or vanilla flavors, too. You do you.
You didn’t think we’d get through this entire project without some chocolate, did you? The banana-caramel yogurt is the star but it’s the drizzled chocolate that takes this bite over the top! To melt, use a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10-second intervals stopping to stir after each until completely melted.
