Easy mix-started cookies are filled with mini candy bars, holiday M&M's and all the good stuff.
They look like hand-crafted Christmas cookies, but no one needs to know how easy they are!
Hey guys, I have such a fun post for you today!
Why? Because today I get to talk about holiday cookies. Lots and lots of holiday cookies. As much as I love the traditional holiday cookies, this year I created four holiday cookie mashups!
If you don’t know what a cookie mashup is, let me explain. You choose a base cookie recipe, and then add fun stir-ins to make them unique. They’re quick and simple, but so fun, you can make a party out of it!
Here are my four new recipes that are perfect for the holiday season:
I know, what a name. So this is just a snickerdoodle cookie base, mixed with chopped Snickers™. FYI, a little chocolate and caramel do a snickerdoodle cookie some good!
All you need to make these cookies is a pouch of Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, the ingredients required on the package, and mini Snickers candy bars. Very simple.
Just mix the dough.
Stir in the Snickers.
Roll in cinnamon sugar.
Bake and eat!
These are so good. They’re like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, but better because there is a little crunch and festive holiday M&M’s™. Love it!
For these you need a pouch of Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix, the ingredients required on the package, and your favorite flavor of Nature Valley Granola. Oh, and some holiday M&M’s!
Just mix up the dough.
Stir in the granola and M&M’s.
Then bake and eat!
Now, gingersnaps are good and all, but gingersnaps with chocolate in the middle and a marshmallow on top are a million times better!
For these you need a pouch of Betty Crocker™ Gingerbread Cookie Mix, the ingredients required on the package, chocolate chunks and marshmallows.
Just mix the dough, then roll into balls.
Stuff a little chocolate into each gingerbread dough ball.
Roll in sugar and bake, then top with a marshmallow and bake 1-2 minutes more.
Then eat straight out of the oven – SO GOOD!
The final one, and my favorite. You guys, these cookies are so good. So much chocolate goodness going on. And the cream cheese chocolate glaze? To die for.
For these you need a pouch of Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix, the ingredients required on the package, cream cheese, milk chocolate, white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate.
Just mix the dough, adding in 3 ounces of softened cream cheese.
Stir in the white chocolate and milk chocolate.
Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 'em up.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining semi-sweet chocolate mix with the remaining cream cheese and heavy cream.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies.
Don't these look like they need a glass of milk?
Now go make some cookie mashups of your own!
