Spring rolls, cold rolls, summer rolls – call 'em what you want!


This traditional Vietnamese dish isn't only flexible with its name, but with its filling too. In our recipe, we have the always-present vermicelli noodles, sautéed chicken that has been marinated in garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce, along with spinach, carrots, and cilantro to keep things fresh.

 

How to Make Fresh Spring Rolls

I often find this style of spring roll ends up being quite bland, depending on what’s in them. That's definitely not the case with these! The chicken has a ton of flavour, making them delicious on their own, and even better with the accompanying dipping sauce.
