During football season, I notice one thing: the fans get cranky when they’re hungry!  So, for tailgating parties, I always make sure to have lots of great food on hand.

When feeding a tailgating crowd, I look for three things: Cheap, Easy and Delicious.  So, I created these Touchdown Taco Pockets that are a snap to whip up for any football game.  Not only are the football shapes fun to eat, you get all the great taste of tacos without the mess!

Even if these are a family favorite, you don’t have to stick to the taco filling.  Grab your favorite sandwich fixin's or pizza toppings and get creative.  You never know, your next football pocket may score big with your hungriest fans!

Tips on making the pockets: Seal biscuit edges with a fork BEFORE cutting out the football shapes.  I put together a quick video tutorial to show you how to do it with the least effort and mess.
