I don't have a recipe for mayonaise cake but anytime I am making chocolate cake from box mixes, I take a large tablespoon and get a big glob of mayonaise when I have mixed all the other ingredients and blend well...it's make the cakes sooooo delicious. I haven't tried it on other cakes but it sure makes the chocolate singe.
