I thought that I would share my recipe that I made yesterday called: Cookie Bar Brownies. I mixed ALL my ingredients together with my brownie mix and poured into my brownie pan, then I sprinkled Pillsbury Chocolate Cookie Dough on top of the batter then I baked it on 325 for about 35 minutes ( this temperature/time is for a non-stick cookie OR dark pan, that is what I used for this temperature, if No using a non-stick/dark pan, then cook on 350). (Also, you can use whatever cookie dough that is your favorite for the top that you would like, that is what I had on hand). Just be sure to check them with a toothpick because my stove cooks fast and you may have to ADD or SUBTRACT the timing according to how YOUR stove cooks.
