These all look delicious. Waiting to get settled into our new apartment and start enjoying a good home cooked meal once again. Love to cook, I find very few restaurants that have the trained staff to know how to greet guests and treat them as guests. I am tired of hearing "How you guys doing today?". Prefer to show the wife the finer arts of food prep and service. She worked in nursing homes and school cafeterias as well as stints in Hardee's, Burger King, Wendy's, and of course McDonalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Oh what horror stories she could tell you. I worked in a country club as a line cook and paid attention to what the Executive Chef was teaching me.
