Any color you choose it will be beautiful, especially bright colors. 16 Thin Slices

8oz. Cream Cheese
cup Powdered Sugar(depends on how sweet you like your frosting)
box(plus ingredients on back of box) White Cake Mix
pack Gel Food Colors
pack Bright Sugar Crystals (or whatever you can find)

  • 1 Read instructions on back of white cake mix box,
  • 2 when all blended together, seperate into 3 different bowls
  • 3 choose a food coloring gel,(mine is red) add a tiny bit to make Pink,
  • 4 next color is purple Use a little squeeze of green and red until the batter turns purple
  • 5 next is Lime green, squeeze a tiny bit of green to make the lime green if to much it will turn darker than lime
  • 6 when all desired colors are well blended, put the batter into 3 diffrient baking pans,
  • 7 bake for about 35-40 min.
  • 8 To make the frosting: get a medium size bowl, put in softened cream cheese (2 8oz. packs) and add 1 cup of powdered sugar (depends on how sweet you like your frosting),
  • 9 Once cakes are out of the oven and have cooled off, stack 1 cake (whatever color you want to be first) put some frosting (however much you want), this is to be continued until you stack your last cake
  • 10 Once the last cake is on top, add remaining frosting (it should be a good bit left) remember you have to frost the sides to.
  • 11 Last but not least, add sugar crystals for a sparkly shine & your cake is complete ! Now dig in and enjoy :)
