    Ingredients

    • 1 box Betty Crocker Cake Mix (Spice Cake or Yellow Cake)
    • 2 very ripe bananas
    • 1 can Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting
    • optional: dried bananas for garnish

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat together the cake mix, bananas, and 1 tablespoon of the vanilla frosting until well mixed.
    2. 2Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, or just until the cookies set. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet and transferring to cooling rack.
    3. 3Spoon frosting into a plastic zip-top bag. Microwave for 10-15 seconds, just enough to soften the frosting, then snip a small corner from the frosting bag and drizzle over cooled cookies.

No need to apologize, @Anonymous! In case you need to find it again, this is meant to be cooked at 350ºF.

Sorry! I'm the one that asked about the temperature. Apparently, I need to learn to read more carefully.

I just made these. They turned amazingly soft and delicious! They were very easy to do, as well. I would definitively do them again!

Hi! You can beat the dry cake mix directly in with the bananas and vanilla frosting. No need for eggs! :)

Do you have to make the cake mix like add eggs and stuff?
