Hi! You can typically find chili sauce in the same aisle as the ketchup at your local grocery store. You can also try substituting with sweet chili sauce or add an extra kick with some Sriracha sauce. Enjoy!

My husband made these for Christmas appetizers, and they were a huge hit! (He made real meatballs though instead of frozen meatballs)

My sister has been making these since high school cooking class. They are always the #1 dish at our parties. :)

Yes, I agree that these meatballs are THE BEST. Everyone loves them for an appetizer. One time, I went to the pantry for the grape jelly and found that I had none. We had just returned from a trip to Maine where I had purchased several jars of blueberry jam. So I used that instead of the grape jelly. They turned out to be one of the "awesome" appetizers of the evening.

I made these with a cup of pineapple juice. Added a bit more tart. I could eat these for days on end.

To the poster from 1/2/2011, you can find chili sauce in the aisle you would find ketchup. It's not a stupid question, I had no clue what to use when a friend game me the recipe years ago. Heinz is the national brand, but store brand works just fine. Everyone loves these! They are awesome!
