With just five ingredients, you don’t even have to write out a grocery list for this winner dinner. And yes, thanks to the chicken and Alfredo, it’s every bit as delicious as it sounds.

Ingredients

cups coarsely chopped deli rotisserie chicken

cups chopped fresh baby spinach

jar (15 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce

cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated Southern Homestyle Buttermilk biscuits

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into 6 pieces. Add to bowl; gently stir.
  • 3 Spoon mixture into baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  • 4 Bake 36 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and biscuits are cooked through.
Tips  

An easy way to cut the biscuits is with kitchen scissors.

Pair up with a quick salad, and dinner is done!
