    Ingredients

    • 4 flour tortillas, warmed
    • 1 16 oz can Old El Paso Refried Beans
    • 1 10 oz can nacho cheese sauce
    • 1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup light sour cream

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare meat according to taco seasoning packet instructions. Once prepared, set aside.
    2. 2Lay warm tortilla out flat.
    3. 3Heat the nacho cheese. Spread ¼ of the nacho cheese sauce (less if you are not a fan) onto the tortilla leaving space around the edges.
    4. 4Heat the nacho cheese. Spread ¼ of the nacho cheese sauce (less if you are not a fan) onto the tortilla leaving space around the edges.
    5. 5Spoon ¼ of the prepared beef down the middle of the tortilla on top of the nacho cheese and beans.
    6. 6Sprinkle with ¼ the amount of cheese (depending on your love of cheese you might end up using more) on top of the beef.
    7. 7Add a couple dollops of sour cream (again depending on how much you like).
    8. 8Roll up sides and serve warm.
