    Ingredients

    • 1  cup water
    • 3 1/2  ounces uncooked acini de pepe (dot shape) pasta (about 1/2 cup)
    • 1/2  cup whipping (heavy) cream
    • 1  tablespoon sugar
    • 1  medium stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    • 1/2  cup seedless grapes, halved
    • 1/2  cup chopped pecans
    • 1  teaspoon grated lemon peel
    • 1  can (11 ounces) pineapple and mandarin orange sections, drained

    Directions

    1. 1Heat water and pasta to boiling in 1-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 to 8 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain.
    2. 2Beat whipping cream and sugar in chilled medium bowl until stiff. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
