  • 1  bread starter
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • REMAINING BREAD WET INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3  eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Day 1: Do nothing with the starter

  2. Day 2 - 5: mash bag daily and burp extra air out of bag.

  3. Day 6: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk to starter. mash bag to mix well

  4. Day 7-9: Mash bag daily

  5. Day 10: Add 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cup milk. Stir. Take out 3 cups and place 1 cup each into three separate plastic bags.Give and a copy of this recipe to three friends.

  6. Make The Bread DO NOT USE METAL BOWLS, SPOON AND DO NOT PLACE STARTER IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Hand mix with bowl and wooden spoon.

  7. Pre-heat oven to 325

  8. To the balance (a little over one cup) of the batter, add the oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

  9. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix the dry ingredients well:

  10. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix and pour into two well greased and dust bread pans with cinnamon sugar mixture . Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
