Tips

Susan S. Shares her Recipe "There is something so appealing about the flavor combination of tomato, avocado and basil with pasta that was very comforting to me and satisfied my cravings."

High in vitamin A and folic acid; good source of fiber

A Note FROM Dr. Ghosh Coconut oil can be substituted for soy, corn, olive or safflower oil. Coconut oil is a source of medium-chain fatty acids, which for some, may be more easily digested.
