Antipasto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup (roughly) Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce
  • 1/3 thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1/3 cup chopped salami
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 fresh basil leaves

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°F and gather your ingredients.

    Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the pizza dough on the sheet and parbake 8 minutes.

    Remove from oven and spoon the pizza sauce over the crust.
  • 4
    Sprinkle half the cheese on top of the sauce, followed by a layer of the prosciutto, salami, olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the veggies.

    Slide back into the oven for another 6 to 10 minutes, until cooked through, and the cheese has melted and slightly bubbling.
  • 7
    Garnish with basil leaves, slice and serve!
