Enjoy this layered treat with creamy yogurt, fruit and coffee cake.

Ingredients

Fiber One™ 90 calorie cinnamon coffee cake (from 5.34-oz box)
1/4
cup Yoplait® Light apple pie yogurt (from 6-oz container)
1/4
cup diced Granny Smith apple

Directions

  • 1 Cut cinnamon coffee cake into 12 bite-size pieces. In small serving glass, layer half of cake pieces and half of the yogurt. Repeat layers; top with diced apple. Serve immediately.

Tips  

French vanilla yogurt is a great substitute for apple turnover if you prefer that flavor instead.

Any type of apple can be used in this parfait, but we prefer Granny Smith because of the green skin.
