    Ingredients

    • 2  cups (2 medium) peeled, finely chopped cooking apples
    • 1  tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    • 1  tablespoon evaporated milk or cream
    • 1  tablespoon flour
    • 1  teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/2  teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2  (8-oz.) cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Reduced-Fat Crescent Dinner Rolls
    • 1  tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    • GLAZE
    • 1  cup powdered sugar
    • 1/4  teaspoon vanilla
    • 1  to 2 tablespoons evaporated milk, cream or milk
    • 1/4  cup chopped pecans

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Spread apple mixture over each triangle. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point. Place side by side in ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Brush with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; remove from pan. In small bowl, combine first 3 Glaze ingredients; stir in pecans. Drizzle over apple ring.
