A fun brunch-time appetizer for autumn! Cinnamon pie sticks are baked until golden and served in little caramel-yogurt shot glasses alongside brightly colored apples. Deliciously simple and so fun to share!

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust
1/4
cup butter, melted
1/4
cup cinnamon-sugar

apples, sliced

lemon, freshly squeezed
1/2
cup caramel sauce
3/4
Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400º F.
  • 2 Spread butter on top of pie crust, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Repeat on other side. Slice into 1/2”x3” pieces. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5-9 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  • 3 Slice apples and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  • 4 Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt into the bottom of 6 large shot glasses. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Press several pie “fries” and sliced apples into each cup. Serve and enjoy!
