For a pretty sparkler, mix up a pitcher of this simple blend, a perfect balance of sweet and sour fruit flavors, with plenty of refreshing bubbles.

Ingredients

1
can (46 oz) apricot nectar, chilled
3/4
cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (half 12-oz can)
2
cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Directions

  • 1 In 2 1/2- to 3-quart nonmetal pitcher or punch bowl, mix apricot nectar and lemonade concentrate. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.
  • 2 Just before serving, gently stir in carbonated beverage. Serve over ice.
Tips

To make cherry ice cubes, place 1 maraschino cherry in each section of an ice cube tray. Fill each section halfway with water. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Then, fill tray completely with water and freeze at least 1 hour or until serving.
