A simple, tasty twist on traditional kabobs using Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing as a marinade for the chicken.

Ingredients

pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
1
medium yellow pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1
medium red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1
medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2
cup Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing

Directions

  • 1 Cut up chicken breasts and place in shallow bowl. Add salad dressing and stir to coat chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 Heat coals or gas grill to medium. Thread chicken, peppers and onion alternately on four 10-inch metal (or wooden) skewers, leaving space a slight space between each piece.
  • 3 Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
