Asian Chicken Kabobs

A simple, tasty twist on traditional kabobs using Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing as a marinade for the chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing

Steps

    Cut up chicken breasts and place in shallow bowl. Add salad dressing and stir to coat chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat coals or gas grill to medium. Thread chicken, peppers and onion alternately on four 10-inch metal (or wooden) skewers, leaving space a slight space between each piece.

    Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
