These sandwiches make eating a satisfying breakfast at home easier than ever!

Ingredients

1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits
1
container (16 oz) liquid egg whites
1/2
teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon butter
8
slices precooked bacon
8
slices sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  • 2 Meanwhile, mix egg whites and salt. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg whites. Cook, stirring frequently, until cooked through. Heat bacon as directed on package.
  • 3 Split baked biscuits. On bottom half of each biscuit, place 1 slice cheese, cooked egg white and 1 slice bacon. Top with biscuit top. Serve immediately.
Tips

If you like your cheese melted, bake your assembled biscuits at 350°F 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

These biscuit sandwiches can be made in advance! Prepare as directed, cool and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in resealable freezer plastic bag in freezer. When you're ready to eat, unwrap and place sandwich on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on Defrost 2 minutes to thaw. Then bake on foil-lined pan at 350°F about 8 minutes or until eggs are heated through and biscuits are crisp.

These biscuit sandwiches can be made using Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. biscuits as well.
