Step By Step

Creamy, cheesy chicken spiked with ranch and bacon and baked up in perfectly flaky crescent dough!

As prepared by Buns in my Oven,

If there’s one thing in life that I know how to do, it’s throw a party with ridiculous food.

I mean, I would absolutely love to eat party food for every meal of the day, but I feel like maybe that would be a bad choice. So I tend to go all out on the weekends and basically invite people over just so I have an excuse to eat like a drunk college student.

Also, just in case you haven’t figured this out about me yet, my motto is, “Mo’ ranch, mo’ betta”.

You’ll see what I mean in just a minute.

First, I’m going to show you how to make some dang good party food. This crescent ring is easy to the peasy and full of a super creamy and cheesy mixture of chicken, bacon and ranch.

You’ll want to grab some crescent rolls, cream cheese, chicken, bacon, ranch and cheddar cheese.

Go ahead and dump all of the filling ingredients right into a mixing bowl and grab a big ol’ spoon. Stir it together real good.

Now, lay your crescent rolls out to form the shape of the sun. The center opening should be about 5 inches in diameter.

Spoon that mixture straight into your face. Then go make more and spoon it onto the ring.

Fold the dough up and over and seal it all in. Try not to cry. You’ll get to eat this soon. Promise.

Everything bakes up in about 15-20 minutes and it will be golden and flaky and creamy and full of bacon and cheese.

Now, remember how I said that mo’ ranch is mo’ betta? Well, I didn’t lie. I mean, I’m from the Midwest. Ranch flows through my veins. So, I went ahead and placed a little bowl of ranch dressing right in the center of the ring and dipped to my heart’s content.
