Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 packet (1 1/2 tablespoons) ranch seasoning
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Prepared ranch dressing, for dipping

Steps

  • 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • 2
Open the packages of crescent rolls and lay the long end out in a ring, overlapping them to form a base. The center circle should be about 5 inches in diameter.
  • 3
Add the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning and bacon to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Spoon the mixture along the base of the crescent ring.
  • 4
Fold ends of crescent dough up and over the filling. Tuck ends underneath the ring.
  • 5
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 6
Serve with prepared ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.

More About This Recipe

  • Creamy, cheesy chicken spiked with ranch and bacon and baked up in perfectly flaky crescent dough! If there’s one thing in life that I know how to do, it’s throw a party with ridiculous food. I mean, I would absolutely love to eat party food for every meal of the day, but I feel like maybe that would be a bad choice. So I tend to go all out on the weekends and basically invite people over just so I have an excuse to eat like a drunk college student. Also, just in case you haven’t figured this out about me yet, my motto is, “Mo’ ranch, mo’ betta”. You’ll see what I mean in just a minute. First, I’m going to show you how to make some dang good party food. This crescent ring is easy to the peasy and full of a super creamy and cheesy mixture of chicken, bacon and ranch. Now, remember how I said that mo’ ranch is mo’ betta? Well, I didn’t lie. I mean, I’m from the Midwest. Ranch flows through my veins. So, I went ahead and placed a little bowl of ranch dressing right in the center of the ring and dipped to my heart’s content.
