Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

    Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • 2
    Trim tougher ends off of asparagus bottoms. Wrap bundles of 3-4 pieces of asparagus with a slice of bacon.

    Place bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles into greased casserole dish.
  • 4
    In a small sauce pan, melt butter and add brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Pour brown sugar/butter mixture over asparagus bundles.

    Bake for 25 minutes.
