Like a lot of cooks, you probably tweak recipes slightly to suit your family's tastes and diets. A little extra spice here... sub low-fat sour cream there...
When you create your own version of a Tablespoon.com recipe, you're doing the same thing. The only difference? You're recording your changes.
So next time you want to make that chicken parmesan everybody loved so much, you'll be able to view exactly what you changed. Plus, you can share your recipe so others can try it too.
Pretty nifty, huh?

Purchase a bundle of bananas (to have extras on hand for another day)
Peel all bananas
Chop each banana into about 3-4 piece chunks
Put all banana chunks in a ziplock bag and place in freezer a day ahead in order for them to fully freeze
When bananas are frozen, place about 1 & 1/2 chunks worth of banana in blender
Add milk, and then add whipped almond butter
Set blender to "liquify" first, and listen for it to slow down, and blend for about 15 more sec. or until smooth and creamy
Pour contents of smoothie into a large glass and ENJOY! (Any extra is better stored in the refridgerator rather than the freezer)
