Ingredients

  • 1 1&1/2 frozen banana (chunks)
  • 2 Heaping spoonful Almond Butter
  • 3 1/2 cup milk (any type-I usually use 2%)

Directions

  1. Purchase a bundle of bananas (to have extras on hand for another day)

  2. Peel all bananas

  3. Chop each banana into about 3-4 piece chunks

  4. Put all banana chunks in a ziplock bag and place in freezer a day ahead in order for them to fully freeze

  5. When bananas are frozen, place about 1 & 1/2 chunks worth of banana in blender

  6. Add milk, and then add whipped almond butter

  7. Set blender to "liquify" first, and listen for it to slow down, and blend for about 15 more sec. or until smooth and creamy

  8. Pour contents of smoothie into a large glass and ENJOY! (Any extra is better stored in the refridgerator rather than the freezer)
