Jazz up your morning routine with a sweet and savory mixture of cinnamon pull-aparts, bananas, bacon and bourbon.

Ingredients

1
box (16.3 oz) Cinnabon® Mini Pull-Aparts mini rolls
2
tablespoons butter
2
tablespoons bourbon
2
bananas, cut into 6 large pieces each
6
slices cooked bacon, cut into large pieces

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave cinnamon topping (from dough tube) and butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
  • 2 Unroll dough; separate into pieces. Stir bourbon, bananas and bacon into butter mixture. Add dough pieces; gently mix to coat.
  • 3 Spoon mixture into pie plate, making sure to evenly distribute dough. Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until dough is baked through and golden brown. Cut corner of frosting package (from box); squeeze to drizzle with frosting before serving.

Tips

Evenly distributing the dough pieces will ensure even baking.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, or top with a sprinkle of toasted pecans, if desired.

This recipe is great without the bourbon as well.
