    Ingredients

    • CAKE
    • 1  package Chocolate Chip Cake Mix
    • 1  cup mashed ripe bananas
    • 1/3  cup water
    • 1/3  cup oil
    • 3  eggs
    • TOPPING
    • 1/2  cup strawberry preserves
    • 1  quart vanilla ice cream, softened
    • 1  can Ready-to-Spread Chocolate Chip Frosting
    • 1/4  cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping
    • 1/2  cup pineapple ice cream topping

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Stir chips up from bottom of bowl; pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely.
    2. 2Spread cooled cake with strawberry preserves. Spoon ice cream over preserves; spread to distribute evenly. Freeze several hours until ice cream is firm. In small bowl, mix frosting and fudge topping until blended; spread over frozen ice cream. Drizzle pineapple topping randomly over frosting. Store in freezer. Thaw slightly before serving.
