Ingredients

  • 1/2  cup fat-free caramel topping
  • 2  teaspoons dark rum or 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 2  bananas, cut into chunks
  • 2  cups vanilla low-fat ice cream

Directions

  1. 1In small microwavable bowl, mix caramel topping and rum. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds or until very warm. Stir in bananas.
  2. 2Scoop ice cream into dessert dishes; top with banana mixture.
