Ingredients

cup ketchup
1/4
cup chili sauce

tablespoon brown sugar

tablespoons finely chopped onion

teaspoon celery seed
Dash garlic powder

teaspoons cider vinegar
1 1/2
teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8
teaspoon liquid smoke

(1/2-lb.) pork tenderloins

Directions

  • 1 Heat grill. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
  • 2 Cut each pork tenderloin lengthwise, cutting to but not through bottom. Open tenderloin; press to flatten slightly.
  • 3 When ready to grill, place flattened pork on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Spoon half of sauce over pork; cook 5 to 7 minutes. Turn pork; spoon remaining sauce over pork. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
Tips  

To broil pork tenderloins, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once and spooning remaining sauce over pork.
