  • 1  (15-oz.) can Green Giant® Black Beans, drained, rinsed*
  • 1  cup Green Giant® Niblets® Frozen Corn (from 16-oz. pkg.), thawed
  • 1  cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2  cup chopped green onions
  • 2  tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3  tablespoons olive oil
  • 2  tablespoons lime juice
  • 1  teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2  teaspoon salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon pepper
  • 2  serrano chile peppers, seeded, chopped

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve over grilled meat.
