    Ingredients

    • 1  pound lean or regular ground beef
    • 1  medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
    • 2  cups Bisquick® Original baking mix
    • 2/3  cup milk
    • 2  eggs
    • 1  to 2 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1/2  teaspoon ground cumin, if desired
    • 1/2  teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1  cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
    • 1  tomato, chopped

    Directions

    1. 1HEAT oven to 375º. Grease rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
    2. 2MIX baking mix, milk, eggs, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder in large bowl with fork until uniform color (batter will be lumpy). Stir in beef mixture. Spread evenly in baking dish.
    3. 3BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with taco sauce, sour cream or guacamole if desired.
