These beer bread muffins are perfect for football tailgating! Serve with chili and sour cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

    Mix all ingredients together until fairly smooth using a wire whisk.

    Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and pour in batter until 3/4ths the way full.

    Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • 5
    Serve with chili.
