These beer bread muffins are perfect for football tailgating! Serve with chili and sour cream!

Ingredients

cups Original Bisquick™
1
bottle beer
1/3
cup sugar

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Mix all ingredients together until fairly smooth using a wire whisk.
  • 3 Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and pour in batter until 3/4ths the way full.
  • 4 Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • 5 Serve with chili.
