    Ingredients

    • 2  lb. chicken wings, tips removed
    • 1 1/2  to 2 cups crushed corn chips
    • 2  teaspoons chili powder
    • 1/3  to 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1/4  teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • Guacamole or Salsa

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Grease two 13x9-inch pans. Cut each chicken wing in half. Combine corn chips and chili powder. In small bowl, combine butter and hot pepper sauce. Dip chicken wings into margarine mixture. Roll in seasoned corn chips to coat. Place in prepared pans. Bake at375°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. If desired, serve with salsa and or Guacamole.
