    Ingredients

    • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 cup vegetable oil
    • 2/3 cup water
    • 3 cups white sugar
    • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour three loaf pans.
    2. 2In large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into loaf pans.
    3. 3Bake for about 50 minutes. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    This recipe is great! I do make 2 loaves instead of 3, as the 3 loaves come out on the small side.
