Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free pizza crust mix, pizza sauce and gluten-free mozzarella cheese make this classic a gluten-free wonder.

Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free pizza crust mix
Egg, oil and water called for on pizza crust mix box
3
teaspoons canola oil
2/3
cup pizza sauce (from 14-oz jar)
1 1/2
cups shredded gluten-free mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
2
tablespoons fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or shortening.
  • 2 Make pizza crust dough as directed on box. Place dough on pan. Press evenly to edge of pan, using 1 teaspoon of the canola oil in your hands. Brush remaining 2 teaspoons canola oil on top of dough.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edge begins to brown. Spread partially baked crust evenly with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4 Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with basil.
Tips  

Want heat? Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.

Use gluten-free Mexican cheese blend for a different flavor.
