    Ingredients

    • 6 (1 oz.) envelopes unflavored gelatin
    • 2 3/4 cups water, divided
    • 2 1/4 cup vodka, divided (You can use flavored vodka, such as cake, gummy or cotton candy!)
    • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, divided (NOT evaporated milk)
    • black and bright pink gel food colors
    • 1 bikini-bottom shaped cookie cutter

    Directions

    1. 1Pour 1-3/4 cups water into a saucepan. Sprinkle 4 envelopes of the unflavored gelatin over the top of the water and let it sit for 2 minutes. Heat pan on low and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add 1-1/4 cups of vodka and 2 Tbsp of sweetened condensed milk. Stir to blend well. Cover can of sweetened condensed milk with plastic wrap and set it in the fridge.
    2. 2Divide gelatin mixture between 2 bowls. Using a toothpick, add black gel food color to one bowl a dab at a time, stirring well with a small whisk or fork, until you get the desired shade. Do the same with the bright pink food gel in the second bowl.
    3. 3Spray 2 (8x8") square pans with baking spray, then wipe spray with paper towels to leave a thin, invisible layer. Pour the black gelatin mixture in one pan, and the pink in the other. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 3 hours.
    4. 4When colored gelatin is set, start final layer. Pour 1 cup of water into a clean saucepan. Sprinkle with 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin and let it sit for 2 minutes. Heat pan on low and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of vodka and the remainder of the can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix to blend well. Set aside and allow mixture to cool completely before proceeding (so it doesn't melt the colored cubes or make the colors run).
    5. 5When white mixture is cool, remove black and pink pans of gelatin from fridge. Using a sharp knife, cut gelatin into small cubes. Spray a 9x13" pan with baking spray and wipe with a paper towel. Transfer black and pink cubes to the 9x13" pan (laying cubes in stripes, if desired, or mixing up). Transfer the liquid white mixture from the saucepan to a measuring pitcher, then gently pour it over the colored cubes in the 9x13" pan.* Place uncovered in fridge for 3 hours minimum or overnight until fully set.
    6. 6Remove pan from fridge and cut with bikini-bottom shaped cookie cutter. Keep shaped jelly shots refrigerated until serving.
    7. 7TIP: When pouring the white liquid over the colored cubes, pour it slowly down the back of a wide, flat spatula to keep it from hitting the colored cubes hard and moving them or making the colors run.
    8. 8SHAPE OPTIONS: Use a heart cookie cutter, or simply cut pan into equal-sized squares.
