Simply rim shot glasses with frosting and sprinkles, then shake together these sweet and boozy birthday drinks.
Turn two bottles of booze into these beeeautiful sprinkle-rimmed birthday cake shots with this super quick cocktail idea. Cake vodka is splashed together with Baileys™ Irish Cream and tinted bright pink. Because, Birthday You. You deserve a one sweet boozy toast—you’re just so easy to celebrate like that!
Here’s your ingredient lineup. It’s pretty basic: booze, frosting, sprinkles, shot glasses. Because it’s your birthday and you should get to shop and stuff.
Start by lining up your rimming assembly line.
Dip the tips of each shot glass into pink-tinted Betty Crocker™ frosting.
Then pop in a pot of rainbow sprinkles to rim.
Boom. Birthday cake cups.
And now, for the shots. Squeeze a smidgen of Betty Crocker™ pink gel food coloring into the bottom of a Mason jar or re-sealable pitcher. I’m all for the Mason, though, because there are little measuring lines printed right on the outside. It’s the ultimate cocktail shaker for a crowd!
Pour in some vodka and shake-shake-shake until your concoction is bright pink.
Like, totally Katy Perry pink.
Time to add some chilled cream liqueur. We went for Baileys™, but white chocolate Godiva™ works, too.
You’ll have this beautiful, milky mixture that simply screams, “Sip me! I’m a drinkable birthday cake!”
Bottoms up, Birthday Girl.
