    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Bisquick
    • 1/2 cup PLUS 1 tablespoon milk
    • 3  eggs
    • 6 tablespoons butter, sliced into 1-tablespoon pieces
    • 1 cup extra-creamy whipped topping
    • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
    • slices of fresh kiwi, starfruit & raspberries
    • maple syrup

    Directions

    1. 1Place the Bisquick, milk, and eggs into a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until fluffy and smooth. Cover tightly and place in the fridge.
    2. 2Place the 6 1-tablespoon-sized pats of butter into the bottoms of 6 small ramekins. Set the ramekins on a baking sheet, then place them in the oven. Turn your oven on, preheating it to 400 degrees while the pans are in the oven.
    3. 3As soon as your oven is preheated, remove the batter from the fridge, blend once more just to ensure it's mixed, then pour it quickly and evenly into the six ramekins (about 1/3 cup of batter per ramekin) then return them immediately to the oven.
    4. 4Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the top of your hootenanny is puffed and light golden brown around the edges.
    5. 5In a small bowl, mix together the whipped topping and cardamom.
    6. 6Serve hootenanny topped with Cardamom Cream, fresh fruits, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
