Creamy avocado mashed with Yoplait® Greek yogurt and folded together with black beans and sweet corn!

Ingredients

ripe avocado
2
tablespoons Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt
1/4
cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4
cup sweet corn
2
tablespoons red onion, minced
Pinch of salt
Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

Directions

  • 1 Halve the avocado, remove seed, and scoop ripe flesh out into a medium bowl. Keep the shells for serving.
  • 2 Mash avocado and mix with yogurt and stir in black beans, corn and red onion. Season with salt.
  • 3 Spoon the dip back into the avocado halves.
  • 4 Serve dip with Food Should Taste Good™ chips!
