    Ingredients

    • 1  bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
    • 2  packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    • 2  tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    • 1/2  cup granulated sugar
    • 2  teaspoons vanilla
    • 1  cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
    • 1/4  cup butter or margarine
    • 3  eggs
    • 3  tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1  tablespoon Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
    • 2/3  cup powdered sugar
    • 2  teaspoons vanilla
    • 1  tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1/2  cup sour cream
    • Glaze

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with shortening; lightly flour. Reserve 1/3 cup chocolate chips for Glaze. Beat 1/2 package of the cream cheese (4 ounces), 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in 1 cup flour on low speed. Press in pan.
    2. 2Place remaining 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving 10 to 20 seconds at a time, stirring until melted and smooth; cool slightly.
    3. 3Beat 2 of the eggs, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in small bowl on medium speed about 3 minutes or until thick and pale lemon colored. Fold in chocolate mixture. Pour over crust in pan.
    4. 4Beat remaining 1 1/2 packages cream cheese and the powdered sugar in medium bowl on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in remaining egg, 2 teaspoons vanilla, the cornstarch and sour cream until well blended. Spread mixture gently over chocolate layer.
    5. 5Bake 33 to 36 minutes or until top is set in center (toothpick test is not accurate); cool slightly. Drizzle Glaze over warm bars. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
