Ready to party in 20 minutes, our bean dip is made with Northern beans and crumbled blue cheese. We suggest serving them with Cheddar tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1
can (15.8 oz) great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
2
tablespoons finely chopped onion
1
tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2
tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1
bag roasted veggie zesty Cheddar tortilla chips

Directions

  • 1 On food processor, place all ingredients except chips. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until smooth.
  • 2 Garnish dip with extra crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve with chips.
Tips

Water can be substituted for the milk in this recipe.

More liquid can be added for a thinner dip.
