    Ingredients

    • 1  (7-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Blueberry Muffin Mix
    • 1/4  cup buttermilk*
    • 1  tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    • Butter or margarine, softened
    • Sugar

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet. In large bowl, combine muffin mix, buttermilk and melted butter; stir just until soft dough forms.
    2. 2Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. With floured hands, knead until smooth. Press dough into 5-inch round. Brush with softened butter; sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on greased cookie sheet.
    3. 3Bake at 400°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
